To Add MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC Records for My Domain:<\/h3>\n<\/header>\n

In this article, we will cover how to Add MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC Records for your Domain.<\/p>\n

To properly authenticate your email, have high email deliverability, and avoid issues like email spoofing it is recommended to configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for your domain.<\/p>\n

If your domain is pointed to\u00a0Shricloud<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>nameservers then please follow the steps below to configure the same for your domain.<\/p>\n

1) Log in to\u00a0Shricloud Control Panel<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

2)\u00a0Choose your Domain name<\/strong>\u00a0(Example – scncf.info)<\/p>\n

3) Navigate to\u00a0MX Records<\/strong>\u00a0under Email Manager<\/p>\n

4) Adding\u00a0MX Records<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you are using email accounts that come with\u00a0Shricloud Hosting<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>then Leave the default MX as it is and\u00a0Ensure this option is checked “Use this server to handle my e-mails”<\/strong>. In this case, no additional changes are required.<\/p>\n

And if you are using third-party providers like Google WorkSpace, Zoho Mail, or Microsoft 365 for your Email accounts then\u00a0Uncheck the option “Use this server to handle my e-mails”<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Select the respective MX Template<\/strong>\u00a0(Example – Google Suite MX) and Click on\u00a0Save\u00a0<\/strong>button<\/p>\n

And if you are not using any of the above providers or Shricloud email then delete existing MX records and Add Custom MX Records<\/strong>\u00a0using\u00a0Add Record<\/strong>\u00a0button<\/p>\n

5) Adding\u00a0SPF Record<\/strong><\/p>\n

Go back to Shricloud Control Panel Dashboard > Click DNS Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

Click on the\u00a0Add Record<\/strong>\u00a0button. Select\u00a0TXT\u00a0<\/strong>under\u00a0Record Type.\u00a0<\/strong>Enter the SPF Record Value of your Email provider and Hit\u00a0Add\u00a0<\/strong>button<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> If you are using Shricloud Email then make sure to specify the below tag in your SPF Record for proper email delivery.<\/p>\n

Add “include:mail_spf.shricloud.com” in the SPF record<\/p>\n

To easily add DKIM Record for your domain Go to the\u00a0E-mail Accounts<\/strong>\u00a0section and simply click on\u00a0Enable DKIM<\/strong>\u00a0button<\/p>\n
