The act of discontinuing a Service or a Product provided by ShriCloud is defined as an act of Cancellation. The customer agrees that a Cancellation request can be submitted anytime upon submitting the request via the Client Dashboard or by opening a ticket in our Billing Department.
During the process of canceling a Product or a Service, ShriCloud will attempt to resolve the reason for the Cancellation request provided and act in the best interest of the client. In case the Product or Service is no longer suitable for the customer, ShriCloud will act in compliance with our Terms of Service policy.
Any Product or Service provided by ShriCloud is billed regularly depending on the chosen Billing Cycle. If a customer would like to cancel a recurring service, they have to submit a cancellation request via the Client Dashboard or by submitting a ticket in our Billing Department.
The customer agrees and acknowledges that a renewed product cannot be canceled anytime. As we do not process automatic payments, we believe a customer only submits a renewal payment when they are satisfied with the service. Therefore, all renewal payments are final and ShriCloud is not obligated to process a refund.
The customer agrees that purchased or renewed addon services or any third-party services offered by ShriCloud are not refundable regardless of when the cancellation request is submitted.
The customer agrees it is their sole responsibility to ensure all payment information is correct and up to date, and that all outstanding invoices are paid before the service due date.
Renewal payments should be submitted no later than 24 hours after the due date. If not, ShriCloud reserves the right to suspend the account until payment is received. While we may attempt to notify the customer, we are not obligated to do so.
ShriCloud reserves the right to run regular checks for all client accounts. If a domain name was previously hosted under another account, the service may be suspended with 24 hours prior notice.
The customer agrees that to continue hosting a domain, they must cover the renewal payment of the original hosting account. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination within 7 days.
ShriCloud reserves the right to refuse the 14-day money-back guarantee in case of breach of agreement.
Non-renewed Shared Hosting accounts will be retained for up to 5 days after the due date. After this, all data including backups will be permanently deleted.
For VPS or Dedicated Servers, failure to renew within 24 hours after the due date will result in complete data deletion and possible server dismantling.
A Product or Service can be canceled either by the customer or ShriCloud. No third party can request cancellation on behalf of the client.
To cancel a service, a proper cancellation request must be submitted via the Client Dashboard or Billing ticket.
Two types of cancellation are available:
Immediate Cancellation: Service is canceled immediately after approval.
Next Due Date Cancellation: Service remains active until the next due date and then cancels automatically.
Shared Hosting data is retained for up to 5 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.
VPS/Dedicated Server data is retained for up to 24 hours after cancellation before permanent deletion.
ShriCloud is not responsible for data loss due to suspension or termination. Customers must maintain their own backups.
ShriCloud reserves the right to cancel any service with or without reason. No refunds or prior notice are guaranteed.
Reasons for cancellation may include violation of Terms of Service or involvement in illegal activities.
In most cases, a support case will be opened:
7 days resolution time for Cloud/Reseller Hosting
3 days resolution time for VPS/Dedicated Servers
After cancellation, a backup archive will be provided for download for up to 7 days.
If cancellation is not due to violation, a prorated refund may be issued based on remaining service time.
Refunds are issued as ShriCloud account credits unless stated otherwise.
Refund eligibility:
Shared Hosting: within 14 days for valid technical issues
VPS/Dedicated: within 7 days for valid technical issues
Refunds are not applicable if services exceed these periods or lack valid technical reasons.
Setup fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from refunds.
Free domain registrations void money-back eligibility unless stated otherwise.

Customers must inform ShriCloud before initiating a chargeback or dispute. We aim to resolve issues beforehand.
If a dispute is raised, access to services will be suspended until the issue is resolved and outstanding payments are cleared.
